My beloved Celtics, I'm praying for you guys. You guys worked this hard to throw this whole thing away. We've seen you guys play too many games. We've seen too many injuries, I've been mocked endlessly by my arrogant laker class mates. I've had to keep humble through it all. Man I am amped up for the game tonight -- my fingers are literally shaking as I type.

One thing to keep an eye on -- do the Lakers get overly chippy if they are down?  The scenario like the following is maybe what is causing the shakes: Ariza flagrant hard foul on a Pierce drive, Pierce goes down hard, a couple of amped Cs players jump off the bench and wander onto the court.... and get suspended for a game 7 if we go to that.....  I hope nothing even close to that happens for either team -- Here's hoping things are called fair and square and nothing ridiculous happens -- just good old fashioned down to the wire basketball.

Okay, I gotta go for a run to tire myself out.

I'm psyched up.  At 26, I've waited all my life for this.  While I'm a little disappointed we didn't win on Sunday (and a little worried about Perk, Ray, and the delay), I always thought it would take 6.  Thus far the Celtics have been phenomenal at home.  I can't imagine this crowd won't fire all of them up.  I just hope KG can contain himself.

As many of you said, the keys to this game are defense and getting to the hoop.  Doc should mandate not only post ups for KG and drives for Pierce, he should be looking to get Allen, Perk, Rondo, and Cassell involved in that too.
