All i'm saying is that he should have trusted his teammates more. I aint criticizing his individual performance. But you could get either 38 points 8 assist and exhaust yourself crazily to not function right. You could also get 30 points, 5 mins rest, 13 assists. Our overall team energy was dead , especially on offense.

yea, also can i just say to get it off my chest, that "steal" by kobe was a foul. I don't want to hear "well mabey, but thats not a call in the last minutes of a game"

that was a blatant foul, he didn't even come close to the ball. He hit paul's elbow. sweet defense. That has to be a foul, 100% of the time.

Time for some examples on these. PP played brilliantly. What specifically did you want to see differently?

yep - the slo-mo replay clearly showed that Kobe got zero ball - he was all over Pierce's arms though. makes you wonder about the league wanting a 6th game.

i hope Pierce is not too worn down for game 6.

triboy are you just trying to get a rise out of people? you cannot honestly be serious. Pierce is the reason we had a chance to win at the end. He attacked the rim which is what he is best at. He stepped up everytime he was asked to. Kobe got away with a reach in foul right before he barely touched the ball.

I will not entertain your nonsense comments any further as you are clearly over-tired at this point and not making sense.

Okay, so I'm clear here: 38 points + 8 assists, or 30 points + 13 assists

That's -8 points, but +5 assists.  That's a net of 2 points, and that's assuming that there were 5 times where we could have buried shots.  I doubt that, frankly.

a big difference also with the last two game pierce and the one tonight was that he posted up and with that the ball was moving around.

Is he a sure handed dribbler?? no way. He is good for a sf but he aint pg good

I just want him to rotate the ball more on offense. He feels it, thats fine. Just make a few passes, get the defense running around then make your move.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Pierce has been the best player of the finals so far.

If it weren't for game 3 his number's would be Godly, I bet.

I'll try and average them out later, without game 3 numbers, unless someone beats me too it.

trust your the whole celtics team hobbs. There was energy on offense with the lakers out of all teams tonight . Usually the celtics play the way they did on offense tonight. Pierce drives and passes to house then he passes to posey, nails a three. etc

posey shot like three times tonight when he bailed you out last game. trust

Posey was also not getting the open looks on the perimeter like he was in Game 4.  How many times did he get the ball behind the arc tonight and was forced to pass it or dribble two steps in and kick out.  He had a hand in his face almost everything he caught the ball at the 3 pt line.
