Good win, lots of good things that we need in the first three quarters. Ball movement, great defense, rebounding on both ends. Really sound, intelligent game from Perkins on both ends of the floor.
But the last 14 minutes are so aren't going to get it done. We've got to quit playing the score, and Rondo's the biggest culprit. He's the point guard, and it's not acceptable for him to get lazy and stupid with the basketball on even ONE possession. He'll learn that, and hopefully tonight will push that learning process down the road.
I was really disappointed with the way he let the pace slow from the point in the second half. It took him WAY too long to get the basketball into the middle of the floor against that stupid trap. He'll get tested on that again early and often Monday night.
