Refs letting Detroit in. Ray got nailed first possession with no call. Stucky fouled KG on his steal. Rip pushed off on that foul on Sam. KG got hit on that last one.

If we lose this game, I contribute it to 1 thing...

Rondo's absolutely horrible play.

I can't really blame it on Ray cause so far in the playoffs we're 0-3 when he scores 20 or more points haha.

Rondo is just really making me nervous out there and I have horrible feeling that this team is in for a huge heartbreaker.

it looks like allen's confidence does not carry over to the next game so why have him in right now? he's not giving offense, which we don't need right now so why not throw in tony allen?

Stuckey is garbage.

That's what people say about Rondo when he makes his ridiculous shots.  If you can make the ugly ones more power to you.  It's the way he plays the game, a unique style, and it's keeping them in the game right now.  (With some help from Rajon and Ray Ray)
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

That is the perfect example of why the Celts can't win on the road in these playoffs.  The refs are letting the opposing team punch them and slap them, and if the Celts touch them it's an immediate whistle and continuation.

Doc's a great cheerleader, doesn't say much basketball wise, but a great cheerleader.  Questionable how he'd look in a skirt however.

Good time out, Doc. Troops need to be rallied again.

To be honest, Rondo's inconsistency is more concerning to me than Allan's play.  I want Ray taking those shots trying to get back on track.  He's too good of a shooter to miss everything and that 3 that he hit was huge.

Some of Rondo's decision-making is baffling and has been more of a detriment tonight than Ray's misses.

Good call Coach Van Gundy let's have Rondo go one on three on a breakaway when we're up 16 in the fourth.

I agree though, Rondo's youth has shown during this tournament.

What do you think other coaches say? Especially those who get routinely glorified on this blog? Watch a non-Celtic game some time.

While we're at it, why are the Pistons allowed to manhandle us, and Stuckey gets to the foul line as if he's Allen Iverson?!

Rondo is playing into Detroit's trapping. Those high looping passes are going to be easy to pick off.

I watch non-Celtics games all the time.  I would like to have him tell them to get KG in the middle of that zone trap to break it down which they finally started doing after about 10 possessions and it started working.

Stuckey is getting a lot more repsect from the refs than Rondo.  That is the one that is really baffling me.  How'd he get higher on the totem pole already?

Detroit fans are more worried about hockey than rooting for their basketball team.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.
