in 4 5 min quarters, ray went 4-9, 2-4 from 3, and 11-12 at the line for a grand total of 21 points.

not to shabby, though i was running screens and cuts for him alot more than we do.

but hey, its the though that counts right?  :D

I agree all this Ray Allen dumping is despicable and pathetic and are not the signs of true celtic fans but rather bandwagon jumpers.  I love Ray and he provides so much more than just shooting.  His teammates are showing him support, unlike a few bloggers here (don't like to single anyone out so I won't).

from Yahoo Associated press http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/preview?gid=2008052202&prov=ap
“Ray’s a part of the Boston Celtics, and the Boston Celtics are winning,” Garnett said, dismissing the idea that Allen needed emotional support. “I’m sure it’s not his first shooting slump, and it’s definitely not his last.

“So I don’t have any sympathy for Ray Allen. I think he’s playing great basketball.”

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Ray Allen 25 pts 4 assists 4 rebounds 3 turnovers, 10 in the 4th quarter. Bet.

25 points 12 in the 4th. Too bad I didn't add that the celtics win.

couldn't be happier for Ray -- too bad his breakout came on such a lousy night.

Been to 3 playoff games, I have loved the loyalty the fans have shown Ray.
I love my kids, call me a sap - it's true.
