Tirrico,Brown paired up today in the Utah/Lakers playoff game wasn't to bad...they actually bounced off each other quite well.Neither ever been one of my fav.announcers,but it goes to show you,a lot depends on who you work best with.
I'm getting fed up of hearing those same irritating voices. I couldn't even watch the game. Hubie was getting on my nerves that much during the first quarter. Just this grating noise in the background ... ughhh. Pull Jon Barry out of that studio and give us a break just for a game here and there. It's too much
I agree they weren't too bad. I'm just sick of hearing them over and over and over and over again. Especially Hubie. Mix it up a bit. This repetition is getting on my last nerve.

I like Mike Smith a lot. Quality broadcastor. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and likeable. Nice mix, what's so hard about hiring people like that? Tells the odd joke. I like Mike Smith.
Mike Smith was one of the first non-Hornet to seriously compliment David West's emerging post game while everyone else across the league refused to, all they kept talking about how he only had a midrange jump shot and how Chris Paul created everything for him. Mike talked about the hard work and how he added something specific each year and how he's become a lethal low post player. I like Mike Smith. He knows his business. Lots more stuff like that from Mike, you get information and analyis on a nightly basis from him. He knows the league, he knows the personnel and tells you about them in joyful ways. I like Mike Smith.
