He Shoots, he scores...... lethal

My friends and I have developed a couple of names without noticing it as we watch the Celtics games lately.... I'll share, please add some if maybe they'll catch on!!

Garnet - Anywhere inside the three point line we refer to as KG's torture rack!!  He's killing guys in there...  Just watch, if you say it when he catches the ball it goes in every time. Just yell out "Torture Rack" 

Rondo - I don't care about the stats or how many points we're up when House, or Cassell is in the game... when Rondo applies his Rondo Havoc the Celtics usually go on a pretty big run, he can be one of the more disruptive PG's in the league (think a young GP)  This, when the other team starts making a run, simply yell out or request "Rondo Havoc" and magically he begins stealing and deflecting passes....  I swear this is real!!

Ray Allen - Especially in the last couple of games when Rondo is penetrating, Ray waits out at the 3 point line like a Vulture or something, so when that happens and Ray is just standing there wide open like in practice,  just simply say "Too Easy"  It goes in every single time. 

Last one, This one hasn't been working so much lately. because of playing time.
Eddie House -  Just simply say "Lethal"  every time he shoots a shot... there's a really good chance it will go in.

Now you guys may be wondering why don't they hit every shot... it's becuase I'm not saying it every time.  So I'm sharing my knowledge with you guys and hopefully it catches on...

I like to silently mind meld a ScalZone call when Scalabrine is needed most.  Just moments before he restrained Pierce I sent out the Scal alert and WHAMMO he made his most important play of the year - saving the Captain from a sure suspension.

I would add one to Ray Allen:  The most beautiful and graceful act in Basketball today is Ray Allen curling off a pick, catching a perfect pass at the letters while squaring up to the basket and nailing a three.

I only seem to comment when Ray shoots.  Whenever he does shoot, i say "thats in".

It doesnt always work, so for tonights game i'm gonna try to say "money".

i always hate to comment when a player on the c's takes a shot, i have done, but i feel it jinxes them. i only say "got it" it nowadays when i myself take a shot that looks good.

The other night I repeatedly said aloud  "GET HIM OUT" when Tony Allen was falling on his face over and over again.  Eventually it worked just great.

Honestly I don't have too many routines.  Back in the Bird days our hundred year old kitty hopped up on my lap when the chips were down, and immediately turned things around.  She became known as the "Good Luck Putty" and was forced to sit on our laps whenever the C's were in need. 

Of course we'd blame the loss on the cat if the Celts failed to rally.

I only make a comment when Ray Allen shoots.  Those of you who have been to a celtics game and you hear the words "Sugar" every time Ray shoot that would be me.  I always say "Sugar" and the make the shot 9 time out of ten.  Reason why I say "Sugar"? Easy because it works like  to all him "Sugar" Rays because his jumper is so sweet.

when any of our 3 point shooters get a shot off in good ryhthem, me and the boys say "buckets!" and after it goes in my buddy always says "we got shooters"
