they can win game 7 by 40 but they will not get passed lebron. i promise you that

That is what I am thinking, they left a lot be desired. Jeff may have a lot of writing to do.

They have left their brains in Boston. I still have hope for this team but it does not look good going forward. Yuck :-\

Hawks shot over 20 more fts including a double digit advantage in the 4th. Pierce fouls out on a phantom call. Refs cost Boston a win tonight.

Jumpshooters don't get to the foul line. Period.

I love the Celtics, but they absolutely deserve to lose this series.  Win or lose on Sunday, this is now officially an embarrassment.  Oh, I hate Doc.

Thing is they play like they should at home but completely forget about how they played at home on the road. I don't get it. They better figure out how to win on the road.

Another disgraceful performance with none of the "big 3" doing anything of significance to carry us to the next round. Another flat road performance with no urgency in our eyes or play. Great Job Doc in motivating the team..I love watching KG bang his head against the post instead of taking it out on the Hawks...Why was he invisible in the big quarter? Why wasn't Doc running more plays for him, especially after PP fouled out?

I loved PJ Brown starting the 4th quarter...great move Doc..that was one of the worst ways to start the big quarter.

How come after every timeout we get outplayed either on defense or offense? I believe if there coach was ours, we would have won it seems..that is a disgrace.

How come KG was standing around when reboundable balls flew by him?
How come Ray Allen, or KG or PP cannot hit a big shot when it truly counts in the playoffs while on the road?
Why isn't Doc finding the right words or right substitutions with so much on the line?

I am embarrassed by this performance...embarrassed the PP lost it again with a mini tantrum..embarrassed we could not even make a dent in an inexperienced youthful team when they lost Smith and Williams for a good portion of the 4th quarter.

We will probably win Game 7 but probably against the Hawks is a complete and utter disgrace. Win or Lose, Doc has reduced this great team to one that is primed to choke at some point in the playoffs. He does not inspire confidence....and the players, whether they are to blame or not, have not risen up when it truly counts...Anything can happen in Game 7...and with Doc, anything has a whole new meaning...Hopefully Game 7 is not a game "Where God Help us Happens" or "Where Doc Happens"

Not that I didn't want Pierce in there, but they actually started playing better down the stretch when he came out and Posey came in.  That "panic" stretch with about 5 minutes left was just absurd.  It looked like the last 30 seconds of a title bout when the decision is on the line.  A total frenzy.  Good in boxing, not so great in basketball.

Yeh, refs sucked.  Celts choked this one up big time.

Credit to Posey for being the only Celtic out there who didn't panic.

Really disappointed by the way they panicked.

Still, they hold home court and they're on to Round 2.  If they win the next round are we really going to care how many games this one took?

Gotta get there still.

Arrrgggghhhh

Oh...one more thing.  WHY OH WHY OH WHY THE RUSHED 3 POINTER FROM RAY WITH 10 SECONDS LEFT????

Double dog ARGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH! >:(

KG passing out towards the end of the game // ray not showing up (and from what it looked like taking that three on that crucial possession that wasn't drawn for him ) // paul pierce pouting all game // no rondo all fourth quarter

weak

No matter what happens on Sunday this is A. an embarrassment and B. proof we can't win a title.

Maybe if we lose we can get a real coach...

Please for the love of God, no more threes. Get to the basket, play D, this game is within reach, calm down and win.

Exactly, TP. They lost because they didn`t listen to you, instead they shot uncontrolled three after three.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

hate to admit it but this is not a championship team.  we should be lucky to get out of this round.  so disappointed at KG.  what's with the nervous hesitation and TOs down the stretch?  and how about ray taking a three coming out of that timeout?  argghhhh!!
