Yeah, it's official -- the TP powers are definitely the coolest part of mod-hood. Even better than the ban-hammer...or at least that's how it's looking from the outside until one of our beloved regulators sets me straight on this one...

Hmm... I've got to say, there's nothing more satisfying than banning a Laker troll. That's much more fun than the TP privileges. Inversely, however, giving out suspensions / bans to long-term members is never fun, so that sort of evens out.
The TP-giving power is a neat one, for sure. To clear up any misconceptions, though, there's no quid pro quo amongst the staff in relation to giving TPs. My TPs are spread out fairly evenly, to both staff and non-staff. I do, however, enjoy giving folks 2 or 3 TPs at once when they're close to a milestone.
