  • I left Indiana. Because it was horrible.
Elton Brand?  I feel almost ashamed that you took him with my pick.
CB Draft Bucks: Chris Paul, Dwight Howard, Tobias Harris, Zach LaVine, Aaron Afflalo, Jeff Green, Donatas Motiejunas, Jarrett Jack, Frank Kaminsky, Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee, Shane Larkin, Nick Young

DKC Bucks. Also terrible.

I will select Carmelo Anthony and Elton Brand.

Elton Brand huh? ballsy choice.

Yup I know, it's more like i'm stashing him away for next year and the rest of his career. When he comes back he is easily a top 10 fantasy player.

I got Elton Brand is the ninth round of my keeper league, which was much too low.  The second round is a little (or a lot) too high here, though.

Why? He is very durable throughout his career and even though he will miss most of if not all of this season he will be fine next year and beyond. When healthy (which he is very durable throughout his career) he is a top 10 fantasy player. He can also play PF or Center.

That is a huge price for a player that was going to last a few rounds.  Especially since you will not be picking again for a few rounds.

Lets try and keep this thread reasonably clean just to the draft, and keep roster discussion to the other non-stickied thread on the bottom....

There is no way Elton Brand was going to last until my 3rd round pick unless everyone doesn't realize how special a player he is, which I guess could be possible but doubtful.

I now have 3 of the top 12 fantasy producers from last season on my team, and while I might not win the title this year, I will be a top 1-3 team next year assuming that I do a good job picking in the later rounds which I feel confident I will.
