  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Im liking these picks...but assuming Robert Swift is healthy, and Chris Wilcox is healthy, and Nick Collison is healthy, who gets starters minutes

At Center? Might be Kurt Thomas. Wilcox is starting PF.

For the record I have 2 suggestions. It is clear that some people are not logging on all the time and will not be voting in the veto, therefore I think we should base it with the majority of the people who have voted.

Also if/if not this trade gets vetoed, we should def ban the trading of future 1st/2nd round rookie draft picks.

My problem with your first suggestion has nothing to do with the fact that i am involved with the trade, BUT, when you get to the regular season, everyone must be involved in a veto.  I dont believe there should be two different veto procedures based on peoples activity lessons.

Agreed this is why I propose that we keep this system as everyone does not seem to be logging on/voting, and whoever the majority decides we can have the commish either allow/reject the trade based on it.

The thing about the day picks is that I'm in high school from 7 30 - 3, and have after school commitments most days as well, so if we could, I would love to get it done tonight.

Wow, things got heated while I was away.

- I agree with what I think JHov said about vetoing the last trade.  Just didn't care that much, just wanted to make the picks and log off.  I realized how bad Blake was getting screwed, but so what. I though he learned his lesson once everyone pointed it out to him, but I guess not.  I'll vote to VETO this recent trade for the good of the competetive balance of the league.  Sorry Y'all Hate, I sympathize with you.

- The scoring system has changed in the new league.  Sorry if I missed something, but fta were increased from -.25 to -.5 and ftm increased from .5 to 1.  Not sure if I missed where this happened, but it doesn't add up to me.  By my count now a made field goal is worth 2.7 pts and two made free throws are worth 3 pts.  This doesn't seem right to me, but if that's what the league wants, so be it.

- Sorry bf23 but alot of us have the same problem as you.  Just gotta have someone else make your picks for you.  Can't go changing draft times and such now, there's been enough problems.

- Disapointed that CD5 quit the league, and thanks Walker for coming back.  Once we get through this draft, this league will be alot of fun.  For what it's worth, I plan on sticking it out.  No quitters here.

- So did we come to any consensus about trading future draft picks?  Is that allowed in the future?

- Big ups to Edgar for being patient and seeing this thing through.  TP.

I think we should ban the trading of future rookie draft picks as it pretty much has caused enough problems in this league already.

Also lucky, as was already said above. Change FT attempted from -.5 to -.25 and FT made from 1 to .5
