Heat now down 20 to the Hornets who lost by 47 to ATL last night and are without Kon + White.

Wow nvm. Heat came back to tie it in the 4th

They lost yet again. Giannis with a miserable game and 6 fouls. Could he be second guessing his decision to join Miami now?

Giannis is getting what he deserves. He cared more about being in Miami than he did winning.

Giannis didn't force his way to Miami, though.  He was open to Boston and elsewhere.

If you need to blame somebody, blame Brad or Milwaukee (Cleveland Browns) ownership.

I think the narrative around Detroit is wrong. With their improved shooting, they may legit be better than last year.

Miami was always his preferred destination. They were the front runners to get him all along. If Giannis did not want to be in Miami, he wouldn?t be there.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Knicks lost to the Banchero less Magic and are now 0-3.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Devastating injury for Jalen Williams towards the end of the OKC game. Looking like Hayward all over again. Really tough to watch and hope he can make it all the way back

That was awful to see, and yeah it was similar to the Hayward situation also with how people on the court initially reacted. He's definitely out most of the season, if not the whole season

They look very much like a championship hangover team. But to be honest, their championship has always been a bit suspect to me and more ?lightning in a bottle? than anything else.

When?s the last time a defending champion went 0-3 to start the year?

Oh, that?s absolutely an all season thing for sure.

OKC?s title chances just took a major hit. Not having JW was the biggest reason they lost last year, and they?ve lost several of their core guys this year. Terrible news for them.

I still don?t understand why players don?t wear ankle braces. Like the ones Steph Curry wears. It makes no sense.

2011-2012 Dallas Mavericks, won the chip the year before and then after the lockout ended, they opened 0-3.

He preferred Miami but was open-minded to Boston.  Milwaukee ownership turned down our offer, not Giannis.

Lakers looking dangerous again. Luka with 52 points tonight. Their second-in-command with a 29 point night. Looks like the LeBron stress is off of them.

They?ve played the Warriors, Clippers, and Jazz - likely 3 non-lottery teams. Let?s see how they fare when the competition improves.

Well, that?s absolutely pretty much supports the analogy lol I see a lot of similarities between those teams.
