This makes no sense. Curry is expiring after 2026-27. Why would GSW want to trade an expiring for Paul George with 2 seasons left? If they are looking to rebuild, the expiring contract is more beneficial. If they are looking to win now, you keep Curry.Maybe you do it for the one Celtics pick that might have lottery value (the LAC/PHI 2028).
