LeBron James and ESPN are closing in on an agreement for a behind-the-scenes documentary series that will be similar to Michael Jordan?s ?The Last Dance,? according to industry sources granted anonymity as they were not authorized to talk about the deal that is not finalized. One of the sources described the talks as being at the ?one-yard line,? with the expectation that James, 41, will have a camera crew documenting his time with the Philadelphia 76ers, who James signed with this month. The 76ers are expected to be the final home of his legendary career.

The only way I'm watching this is if there's a ton of strife and the 76ers miss the playoffs.  We can all use some good schadenfreude.  Otherwise, hasn't this guy's ego been fed enough?

I'll go out on a limb here and say that, just like "Space Jam 2", another one of Lebron's attempts to follow in Jordan's shadow will fall flat and not be as popular as the OG.
