This 76ers team is basically 2019 Celtics with Kyrie, Brown, Hayward, Tatum, and Horford.

I do think the Cs starters match up well with the Sixers starters

PP---Edgecomb
White----Maxey
PG---JB...PG had JB in jail in the playoffs
JT----LJ
Robinson---Embiid

I am concerned about the lack of scoring off the bench. If Hauser does not make 3s he is useless. Hugo plays hard but still can't hit the outside shot consistently. Walsh will defend but can't shoot. Baylor really needs to tke another step.

I'd love to add a vet shooter off the bench or trade Sam for someone that can impact winning.

PP<Edgecombe
White<Maxey
PG<JB
JT>LJ
Robinson<<<Embiid

I don?t see how they matchup well If both teams are healthy.

do you envision Adam Silver changes the playoffs to a series of one-on-one games, though? because let's put Maxey in White's role... is he better then? because if he plays typical Maxey role, one of JB, Embiid or Lebron have to play more of a PG, Robinson or Tatum role. are any of them better at those roles? i'm not so sure.

LeBron James is a point forward. He can easily average 8apg. He had a season in LA where he averaged 10apg. Your role comparison does not make sense. They are two completely different teams. LeBron will run the offense.
Shams Charania on NBA Today: "The Sixers are expecting LeBron James to play a good amount of time at the point guard position... Think of a better player that can set the table for Tyrese Maxey, Jaylen Brown, Joel Embiid & VJ Edgecombe. There's all these players that can score, that can get the ball from LeBron"

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

I guess in the sense that there are a lot of mouths to feed. The main difference is this Philly team is much more talented.

Offensively that team should be phenomenal when healthy.  But what?s the over-under on games with all 5?
