I believe that Conley is fully guaranteed.  I think all 14 contracts are now guaranteed.  BOS can waive someone if they want but their full contract would count against the cap/tax/aprons, plus whoever they sign to replace them.

I actually don't like either (Beal or Conley) all that much.  I get that Conley is on a min but I am not so sure we get much out of him.  Emergency use PG, a role for which I guess he will be fine.

OK, yes, Walsh is still non-guaranteed.  Spotrac is not listing the salaries quite the same on the team pages.  It seems it used to be more clear when a salary was not guaranteed.

Walsh will be extension-eligible throughout the balance of the season. He can extend for up to 140% of the average player salary, which would start at $21.2M per season.

Just reported that Walsh did sign an extension and BOS did pick up all the guarantees on the current contract.  So NOW, all 14 contracts are guaranteed.

The C's need more fire power off their bench.  Hopefully Beal is an option.  They can trade one of Luka Garza, Harper or Conley at the Trade Deadline to get under.  They can also trade Hauser and take back less salary as well to work.  Having 15 players and being a bit over the tax is not the end of the world when they have some 2nd round pick ammo to work with.
