I believe that Conley is fully guaranteed.  I think all 14 contracts are now guaranteed.  BOS can waive someone if they want but their full contract would count against the cap/tax/aprons, plus whoever they sign to replace them.

I actually don't like either (Beal or Conley) all that much.  I get that Conley is on a min but I am not so sure we get much out of him.  Emergency use PG, a role for which I guess he will be fine.

I do not think Conley is great, but I would rather have him as a 3rd PG than a lot of the other options.  That said, I would love to figure out how to trade Sam Hauser for Davion Mitchell or Ty Jerome.

OK, yes, Walsh is still non-guaranteed.  Spotrac is not listing the salaries quite the same on the team pages.  It seems it used to be more clear when a salary was not guaranteed.
