Deni Avdija has more trade value than Jaylen Brown.

Yes, Jaylen Brown is currently the better player. However, Deni is younger and much cheaper. The differences there are larger than the differences in their current performance.

You don't get Deni for Jaylen.

I think Deni?s numbers will come back to earth some once they have a better team especially Dame returning, with other young players improving. Deni had a huge statistical jump last season dominating the ball, and I don?t buy it long term. He was never thought of a high level prospect going back to his Washington days.

 Jaylen even turning 30 is signed for 3 more years, and I?d bet the house those 3 years will be better than Deni. We would also be taking on Grant?s 2 years remaining of 30 mil plus each year who only has really only cared about cashing checks than winning. I?d bet hardly any other team would take Grant?s salary off their hands.

Deni is 25. It is not about the next 3 years. It is about the next 10 years.

Good decision by Minny. Sounds like they are trying to get him into the rotation next season. To me that sounds like Ayo will either be starting at SG and Ant at SF or Ayo will play backup PG.

LA Clippers & cap space - Zach Lowe

The Los Angeles Clippers have the capacity to open up some level of cap space this offseason if they decline team options on Brook Lopez, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Nicolas Batum.

"I don't know if this has been decided yet, but someone who would know told me [Wednesday] that the Clippers are telling or behaving I guess as though they're going to have cap space in the offseason," said Zach Lowe.

"They can't open much. They can open about $20 million but they have to cut some options and renounce some guys."

Lowe floated the possibility of the Clippers signing LeBron James with their newly created cap space.

That would be cool. I'd love to see LeBron say "screw the Lakers" and move to the cross town rivals. LeBron & Kawhi on the same side. Their games would work well together. They have D Garland. Their lotto pick. Some young role players. That could be a competitive team.

Not sure I agree. We have to trade with the Tatum-White window in mind. That will not be 10 years. A full post Tatum rebuild is coming but I do not see it starting this off season.

NYK were throwing a party that San Antonio beat OKC. They matched up much better with SAS. OKC would have taken them down.
