This much is clear: Boston is believed to be a potential suitor that genuinely concerns Miami.

There is skepticism, by contrast, that Antetokounmpo would truly be open to signing a contract extension in Portland, which is expected to inevitably dissuade the Trail Blazers from trading for him directly.

Teams and Agents are operating as if a Giannis trade is definitely happening and the Bucks might have two picks inside the lottery, per @ZachLowe_NBA ?Teams are operating as if it?s happening. They?re looking at Milwaukee as a team that might have another first round pick in the lottery and scheduling their draft workouts around it. No idea what sources Zach Lowe has; he's always been a better writer and analyst than a "breaking news" sort of insider.  But, what lottery teams would have interest in Giannis?  Miami and maybe Golden State?

Dallas?

Giannis, Kyrie and Cooper Flagg together?

Dallas could put together enough contracts for Giannis while keeping Kyrie. Gafford, Klay, Naji Marshall, Caleb Martin gets them to Giannis money. Their lotto pick. Future picks. Max Christie. D Lively. Actually, Lively, a lotto pick, and future picks is a nice package.

Dallas would lose both their centers in that deal. They could make it bigger and include Myles Turner with PJ Washington added to the other side. Or leave out M Turner and swap Gafford for PJ Washington. I'd rather have M Turner than Gafford.

Zach LaVine, their lotto pick and K Murray for Giannis. SAC keep D Sabonis and DeRozan to pair with Giannis.
