Needed a bit more from PP.  Nothing from Baylor, RHJ or Walsh.  Hugo 0 points, but good energy/defense.

Did Hugo play much in the 2nd half? I barely remember him. He had 7-8mins in the first half. So probably 4-5min in the 2nd half.

Celtics lack guards that are fast and can blow by defenders like Maxey. Maybe they will find one with the bottom of the first round draft pick. All that work to not tank wasted tonight.

13 for 49 from 3 in a game 7 at home. My goodness. Had 4 straight chances to take the lead and bricked 3's every time. 2 made 3s in the 4th. Got back in the game by going to the rim.

Chance to win the game you resort to 3s...

Joe's stupid philosophy of keep chucking threes even after a big lead cost us the Knick series last season.

The same philosophy of keep chucking threes even when the shots won't fall cost us the Sixers series this season.

Do we want to do it again?

THREE home losses in this series. Losers. This has to stop.
Not to mention going 1-3 in the final 3 games of the series.

I would accept this if there was a reasonable justification - key players being injured, some guy on the opposing team just having a crazy breakout series, etc. But there is no justiication at all for what I just watched over the past 4 days.

If I was in charge of this Celtics team right now I would be keeping Tatum, White, Queta and Pritchard and everybody else ( including the coach) would be going straight to the chopping block.

Time to be a casual observer of the NBA going forward. I absolutely hate what this game has become.

Gotta give Philly credit.  Their starting lineup played really well together in games 5-7.  They deserved it more than we did.

I don't give them any credit at all, they had nothing to do with this.

Multiple times in this game I saw the Celtics fumble mulitple consecutive possessions, only to see them bailed out because Philly bricked open shots on the other end.  Philly played nothing even remotely close to their best game - they were basically giving this game to the Celtiics, and the Celtics said "nah its ok, you keep it, we don't really want it anyway".

Eh I'd like to say that too, but their starters (or starters w/ Grimes) put together some dominant stretches in games 5-7.  Their defense was excellent and the ran their offense effectively with high shot quality.

Don't get me wrong, I'm as big a hater of Mazzula ball there is.  We do well to shoot ourselves in the foot, but Philly deserves credit too.

3 home losses...3 STRAIGHT HOME losses

3 straight losses to the sixers.

Cs have some serious issues.

You got it to 99-98, then ended the game giving up a 10-2 run basically. At home

That idiotic starting lineup. Mazzula took out R Harper Jr quickly but left Garza in. Put the team in a -11 deficit halfway through Q1.

For the rest of the game, BOS was +2.

How different this game might have been if not for that stupid starting lineup.

Sixers fans chanting "we want Boston" as they leave the Garden.  Home court has been useless in the J's era.
