Thomas was waived by the Bucks.  That didn't last long.

There must be a reason these guys tend to keep bouncing around. Imagine trying to hire someone for a RL job and their resume shows they keep moving around. You'd wonder why as an employer.

I would actually prefer him unavailable for the playoffs.  Better to have no one than him.

Speaking of former Nets first-rounders, I caught Keon Johnson in Maine on Sunday, and he is someone I would be interested in if we go with someone other than Bassey for spot 14/15.

Not sure I would but what would be the point signing him or anyone if they were not going to be eligible for the playoffs?   Wouldn't the whole point of filling roster spot 15 be to have an extra body, in case of emergency, for the playoffs?  If they do sign someone for spot 15 (and it probably will be Harper at this point), I suspect it will be someone eligible for the playoffs.
