Is JB a future Hall of Famer?

Probably not if he retired right now, but definitely if he continues how he's been playing the last few years over the next 3-4.

People talk about guys like DeRozan, Horford, and Jrue making it and Jaylen is better than them. He just needs to make a couple more all-star games and he should be a lock. The Finals MVP is a nice boost, too

basketball-reference has his probability at 2.1% in large part because he has very few All NBA Teams.  Tatum is 59.6% which makes him all but a lock as the only person with a better percentage not in the HOF that is eligible is Marion. Tatum is that high because of the All NBA 1st Team's even without him winning any postseason hardware (I mean we all know he was better than Brown, and led the C's in points, assists, and rebounds in both the ECF and Finals, but for some reason Brown won the MVP's in each of those series).

Now Brown might be one of the exceptions because of the postseason awards (rightfully or not, he does have them).  The only 2 people in Brown's range in the HOF are Walton and Nelson and Walton was obviously a league MVP but hurt all the time, and Nelson got in as a coach, not a player.

Of active players, Brown is 36th on the list and currently between Beal and Siakam.

The HOF probability is not an exact science but it is pretty accurate.  So I'd say no unless he starts piling up the All NBA teams (and he is clearly on pace for at least the 2nd team this year).

We even debating this? Yes Jaylen is a HoFer. I could name a dozen guys off the top of my head in now that JB has accomplished more than. I'm sure if we looked at the list in detail we'd find a bunch more.

Cooper has a DPOY and 8 All Defense Teams along with the 5 titles. Those matter a lot.

Bosh is more in the Walton camp I think.  The blood clots really shortened his career and I think that helped him get in.    People sort of projected out his career had he not had it end at 31 and with the last few seasons a bit diminished.

That speaks more to the flaws in the formula than it does about Jaylen's credentials versus people already in the Hall of Fame.  For instance, Jaylen could retire today and have better credentials than Bill Bradley.

health issues shouldn't be accounted for in Hall voting and in Walton's case, if he hadn't won a second title when joining the C's and winning 6th man of the year he likely wouldn't have gotten in.  Bosh shouldn't be in the Hall and I don't think Cooper should be as well.  Great defender who was less than mediocre on offense.  if he didn't play with Magic, who made everyone on the Lakers look better than they were, he wouldn't be in the Hall either.

Without looking at all time leaders in this category, I?m going to guess that by the end of his career JB (and JT) will be in a very elite group amongst the all-time scores in playoffs history.  They will have both played on so many teams that made deep runs. 

I do believe JB will be in the HOF.
