I was following along in my car, but WOW what a win for the C's, against 1-seeded 15-2 DET  :o

Cade had 40+, no Queta, Tony Brothers masterclass and despite all that the C's won  ;D

We went from the hunted to the HUNTER.

Time to start hunting these top squads in both conferences...we'll be the winning-streak enders!  8)

I peeked. Shows how misleading that stat can be.

I just watched the game. Wow. Great effort. Rough start for JB but he had a great second quarter and finished strong except for a couple of ill-advised threes on the fourth.
I?m still loving Minott.  Hugo and Jordan too.  But story of the game was Derrick White.  Is he back?  The other story of the game is - how do you beat the team with the best record in the conference when you simply can?t got a defensive rebound unless it magically falls into your lap?  I didn?t see the OR stats but seemed like 20+ for Detroit.

JB is a top ten player in the league at the moment. He looks at times like James Harden and at times like KD.  He couldn?t buy a basket at the rim in the early going but still ended up with 30+ points. Simons couldn?t make a shot but sunk 2 key FTs at the end - as did DW and PP. I HATED the strategy to foul Detroit at the end and it nearly cost them. I?ll have to look at the thread to see what others thought/think of that strategy. I guess if you have absolutely no faith that the Cs can secure a rebound maybe it makes some sense, but I felt like - play some D and if they hit a contested three, so be it.

Terrific win - especially with no Q.  Great to see Amari out there.

One of the gutsiest wins of the season, undermanned, z-rated by everyone, but they got it done against the conference leaders. This team has some heart, you've got to give it to them, even if they are flawed.

But story of the game was Derrick White.  Is he back?

I thought D White was playing badly. Taking bad shots. The ball was just going in. I am not taking much hope from that performance. He was settling for bad shots. He was just lucky. Not playing smart efficient basketball. Just good fortune bailing out bad decisions.

Try enjoying the win and wait till the next loss to criticize the players.

I?m not a fan of fouling in that situation (or the two for one).  In both cases just play defense.

I still think that call was BS but the league has been leaning into that kind of call for years now it seems.

And yes, the +/- can be misleading!
Yup

yeah we need a center. could questa be a viable 2nd stringer at the 5 spot. wonder if we keep garzilla as a 3rd stringer at the 5.

We always need a center ,  but the FO never thinks so.
