odd line up to start the fourth quarter. let's hope mazzulla is right on this combo.

Too easy for I Stewart.

Why is Scheierman picking up Stewart?

G: A Simons
G: Scheierman
F: Hugo
F: Minott
F: Hauser

vs

G: Cade
G: Ivey
F: Javonte Green
F: D Robinson
C: I Stewart

Quality Pistons lineup. Advantage DET.

Good play on the boards there by Minott.  Refused to be boxed out, earned his team an extra possession.

It's always funny to me how suddenly the game is called by the rules when it's a no-name player like Minott or Scheierman committing the violation.  Suddenly carrying or pushing in rebounding action is, in fact, a violation.  Not well-known enough for that stuff to slide.

Does Scheierman really need to shoot a 3 pointer 4 feet behind the arc early in the shot clock? Terrible shot.

Case is really getting the SGA treatment at times.

Minott's offense is limited such that he either needs to catch and shoot or gets the ball on a cut to the basket.  when he's in a position to drive to the hoop, it doesn't go well

this line up is at least keeping up with detroit with cunningham. that means rest for brown, white, and pritchard.

he's only 23 and did not play a lot of minutes before coming to boston. let's see what mazzulla can do with him over a season.

I agree with this but I'd honestly like to see them ask him to attack quickness mismatches from time to time anyway.  His dribble is basic but his first step is serious.  I'd like him to play like Jae Crowder used to - have the confidence to make the quick straight-line drive off the catch.  He's a hell of a lot more athletic than Crowder was, so I would expect that to be a decent weapon for him.  Sometimes sucking is the first step toward not sucking.
