What a game!
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Great win!

Great win... and an absolutely putrid loss for Detroit, lol.  How the hell do you lose to a team without a center when you have Duren and Stewart?

A fun win and a gutsy effort.

That being said, I absolutely hate the idea of fouling when you?re up at the end of the game

That was a strange game. Like a small high school team with nobody over 6 foot 4 playing against a top prep school with a bunch of big time athletes going to Division 1 ball ... and the small HS team wins! Like a Disney movie!

And you can always count on Tony Brothers to try and screw us over. He had to go out of his way to change that call after the other ref made the call. So glad to see it play out the way it did

scheierman, walsh, williams, and minott all played important minutes. i thought the celtics bench was trash when the season started, but this group is looking good. throw in gonzalez and it is fun to see them develop.
