Man, sometimes I hate the tip-out philosophy on the boards.  It makes sense in a crowd, but when you're mostly uncontested just grab the ball.

How far has Walsh come in three weeks?  From the absolute end of the bench to checking a top-10 player in the closing seconds of a one-score game and doing his job.  Great work.

not sure why they didn't have Hauser out there in a situation where they knew Detroit had to foul.  far more reliable at the line than JB
