Wish he had done this a month ago so he could have gotten a much deserved standing ovation at the Garden like Dirk did.

One of my five favorite players of all time - stinks he has to go out sad on an awful Clippers team.

And to think we almost traded for him back in the 2009s or 2010.

What a helluva career. Unfortunately, one accolade that's missing is an NBA championship, his closest he ever sniffed was when the Suns were in the Finals holding onto a 2-0 series lead.

i think ainge tried to move up in the draft to take paul. he offered pierce if my memory is correct.

for chris paul, all that talent and all those years in the nba and no championship to show for it.
