just joining the game and am not surprised by the score. grit and effort carry an nba team just so far.

but it is okay for the celtics to lose as long as they hustle. heck, i might as well be an optimist!  ;D

lots of time left and celts can still pull this game out!!!

on the plus side, it's easily Baylor's best game this year.

tp for the post and optimism!!  ;D

i had hoped that scheierman would pan out into a rotation player. offensively he has a range of talents. all he had to do was get his defense up to "hauser" level and he would be a decent nba player. maybe his 3 point shot will finally click now.

p.s. on a bright note, toronto up 3-0 on the evil LA dodgers. but lots of innings left.

White for the season is shooting just 32% overall, and 25% from 3. And tonight he's also 2-8 shooting. Hopefully that gets better

can't believe the C's half time show on NBCSN is talking gambling odds particularly with the gambling issues swirling around the league right now.  worst thing the NBA did was cuddle up to this gambling sites in the never ending quest for more money

hoping it's the start of continued improvement.  his D and efforts on the boards have been decent.  he'll never be DPOY but he hasn't been unplayable tonight

this year i am keeping my expectations pretty low. i have found out that lets me enjoy the games more and endure less stress.

they are not a great team, but they are better than i thought. as minott, gonzalez mature and everyone gets used to playing together (AND pritchard and white finally hit 3 pointers) this team can make the playoffs.

This game is so different from last night. Last night guys weren't afraid taking the midi or going to the rim.

Just to compare both conferences. The C's just won 2 straight against arguably two of the better teams in the East, one of them actually favored to be the 1 seed and a Finals team. And it could have been 3 if they didn't completely blow the season opener themselves vs. PHI

Meanwhile Houston is probably somewhere between the 3rd and 5th best and they just are overwhelming us all around with talent and execution.
