We deserved to lose this with the idiotic plays at the end of the game but ill take the W.

Pritchard and DWhite have been garbage so far this year, i expected so much more from them 2

Given expectations going into the year if someone told you that DW and PP were playing below par and shooting the three far below their averages, I think you?d expect to be worse than 3-3.   The team was supposed to be dangerous when they were operating on all cylinders, when the shots were falling.   Tonight the Cs shot well at the start but not throughout.  And they won.  This team is fun.  Hugo?s dive for the out of bounds loose ball would have brought the house down at the Garden.

Another nice but ugly at times win.  Brown continues to be the guy.  Different other guys are stepping up.  Hauser and Minott last game vs. CLE, Tillman and others this game.

This is a flawed team.  When you have guys like Minott and Tillman on the floor in the 4th quarter of a close game, that is not a good situation.  Mistakes are going to be made.  Weaknesses are going to be exploited.

Great to see Tillman contribute.  He seems to be healthy.  Showing he can be a useful player.  And Hugo Gonzalez at 19 years old, making an impact.  But where is Boucher?

Can?t explain no Boucher v Cleveland but maybe Joe sat the 32 yo for the first night of the b2b and will play him tonight.

Sure, could be there is some nagging/lingering injury or something.

Another thing I just noticed from the box score from last night, Simons was +23.  He was on the floor for all of the 5-man lineups that achieved positive +/-.   All the lineups without him were either 0.0 or negative.  The team overall was -22 without him on the floor.  I know these +/- stats can be irregular for any given game or player but he had a big impact on this game.

Just occurred to me the Cs won their first NBA cup game. Really hope this doesn?t become something that evokes actual interest.
