The Knicks are relentless. They always make a run at some point in every game. Just demoralizing to play against.

Feels like the Spurs have had to work for everything in this series.

Alvarado and J Clarkson gave NY some good minutes. A pair of nice buckets apiece.

Every bucket from those 2 is a bonus for NYK.

---------

That was a nice lineup early in Q2 for NYK.

G: Alvarado
G: J Clarkson
F: M Bridges
F: Anunoby
C: Towns

The three frontcourt starters & those two bench guards. Gave NYK a shot of energy.

OG eating Wemby?s lunch.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

EDIT: Nevermind - back on the Fire Joe Train!

Yeah this is looking like a sweep. Their coach looks clueless too

18pts for Castle
15pts for Wemby

Nobody else has got it going for them offensively. D Harper had a few nice drives and finishes but struggled offensively outside of that (3-9 FGA 6pts). Fox 2-6 FGA 4pts. Champagnie 1 basket for 3pts. D Vassell 2 buckets for 6pts. Keldon Johnson continues to struggle with 1-3 FGA 0reb 0ast in 7min.

Some of these other guys are going to need to step up in the 2nd half for SAS to have any chance here. SAS can't win playing 2 on 5.

NYK on the other hand got 4 guys going.

17pts for Anunoby
15pts for Brunson
9pts for Towns
13pts for J Hart

M Bridges 0pts in 13min as foul trouble disrupted him. McBride and Shamet also scoreless. Those couple of baskets (9pts) from Clarkson and Alvarado were key for their bench. The only bench baskets NY scored.

Watch how the ESPN media darlings going to hype up their Knicks and say "this is how a legitimate Eastern Conference team win the championship...with grit, attitude, and composure. Just absolutely dominating the opposition. The Celtics meanwhile had a Cinderella and easy run. One hit wonders!"

We get on the Celtics for their play style and rightfully so, but the Spurs even with Wemby refuse to go in the paint consistently. And it is not the Knicks, it has been there all series but they abandon it. Wemby needs to attack

Also not sure why they want Fox out there, the Knicks are loving that matchup. Harper needs to play more

At this point, I never feel like the Spurs are getting a stop. Knicks executing at a very high level. This series could very well be over.

Apparently Castle had the most All-Defensive team votes out of the players not to make it. Close & unlucky.

That was a ridiculous flagrant on Brunson. He has been hit twice tonight worse than that.
