Apparently, Embiid has only played twice in Denver since coming into the league in 2014 and hasn't played there since 2019.

Also, this is just wild.

Annual reminder:
Kobe, KG, Duncan retired 2016.
Ginobili retired 2018.
Dirk and D Wade retired 2019.
Vince Carter retired 2020.

All of these players have played more games in Denver than Joel Embiid has since he was drafted in 2014.
and large part of that is he is just always hurt. I mean he hasn't played in any game since February 26.  Last year he played 19 games.  39 games the year before.  He is simply always hurt.

Hornets putting a whooping on the Heat.  :D

They make the ECF. You heard it here first.

Yeah they kinda' look like the Pacers from last year right now. Definitely hot at the right time.

Sounds like a messy ending to Giannis & the Bucks.

Not a bad comparison. I think the Hawks could also pose a threat to someone in the first round, I know their schedule has been very weak in their winning streak but Jalen Johnson is rising and their team/roster is a bit more complete. Plus they got some hustle guys too.

Would not surprise me if ATL rises to the 6 seed. CHA might be stuck around 9-10, but that's still not an 8 seed I want to face if I'm Detroit. As for us, hoping we draw MIA or TOR. Yeah PHI doesn't scare me but I still feel they are a team that could push us to 6 games and if Embiid plays you still can't ignore his potential. And the possibility of Embiid's flopping antics hurting our guys.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

The Pacers were in the ECF 2 years ago before the Finals run last year.  Maybe they could be like the 23-24 Pacers though.

Jonathan Kuminga with an INACCURATE 75-foot 3-pointer made at the buzzer to end the 3rd quarter. Wild.

LOL.  For those who didn?t see, Kuminga was trying to heave a full court pass and the ball went in.

Saw the highlight. That was one of the most ridiculous plays I've ever seen. Absurd.

How does a collapsed lung happen? Isn't it normally from a traumatic injury? Did he take a nasty fall or something?
