Minnesota had a bad start to the game, but rebounded and are up 6 at halftime vs. OKC
I've said OKC-SAS-DEN are Tier 1 in the West for this year's postseason IMO, but Minnesota to me is a real darkhorse that wouldn't surprise me if they made a run to the Finals. They remind me a bit of the Celtics in the late 2010s/early 2020s, that made a handful of deep runs and often times overachieved but also got bored in the regular season yet they could turn it up in the playoffs.
Could this be Minnesota's time to break through? Feels like the Wolves are going through the motions at some points of the season, but come playoff time they could emerge. IIRC they are also 4-4 so far against DEN/SAS/OKC this year, and even a few of their losses were super close to the end. They can hang with them and have the roster to do so, even if they might lack a true consistent #2 (Randle is really good, I don't view him as that).
