I think Simons + Hauser for Garland (Cavs would start Mitchell at PG) might be not be unreasonable.
In fact I'm not sure I'd even love the deal for the Celtics to add a 1st round pick.

A lot of middle of the East teams suddenly struggling.

Toronto is 3-7 in last 10, Clevland is 3-7, Miami is 2-8, Atlanta is 3-7, Milwaukee is 3-7.

Meanwhile the bottom of the East has been comparatively better.

Charllotte and Brooklyn are 5-5. Indiana and Washington are 4-6.
