I do not need to see Brown, White or Hauser in the 2nd half.

first half hot takes:
- love the team's energy and pace.   no complaints about anyone's effort/hustle
- Minott is a lot better than I expected.  has to work on his shooting
- Walsh didn't show much.  needs to show something or his butt will be glued to the bench until he's used as a throw-in in a deal at the deadline
- we're going to get creamed on the boards this year.  Grizz don't have any hard core rebounders on the court tonight and we cannot stop them.  team could possibly set the NBA season record for offensive boards given up and total number of second chance points given up.
- Hugo and Baylor might deserve some time this year.
- Tillman looks healthier but he's not the answer at center.
thanks for the recap, though stats show each side at 26 rebounds.

9 offensive boards is a lot to give up for a game, never mind a half

Boucher and Minott with nice activity.  Boucher did a great job getting back after throwing down that huge dunk in transition.

Minott looks like an absolute pain in the ass to play against, and I mean that as a compliment.  He just hounds the ball.

I think Brad found a good one with him.  get him working on his shot and he'll be a good rotation player at the wing

in minnesota he complained that he deserved more playing time and would prove himself. maybe he was right.

Garza has the straightest eyebrows I have ever seen.

I really liked watching Boucher on the Raptors and thought he was a bit underrated

He was behind Poeltl and Barnes often as expected but he has an opportunity this year.

Garza is playing great, but he looks gassed now.

Baylor looks uncomfortable out there to me. Like he's still playing last year's Mazzullaball and hasn't adjusted to the new version.

Boucher's shots aren't falling this game but he's had a solid showing.  Good energy from our team, preseason game or not.
