I still expect them to win, but what is it with this team at home?? Probably gonna finish 6-3 but even some of the wins have been shaky, compared to undefeated on the road.

Also I'm really not optimistic about this defense. This offseason, invest most of the cap space on that unit. Pass rusher, safety, LB are needs. If we lose in the playoffs it'll be because of them

Big kick. Defense looking pretty awful and offense anemic today. Great start though. 🙄

Chargers surprisingly still in it. Bills having no problem with the Jets. Am I correct that if Pats win, Bills win, and LAC loses, we get the Chargers next week?

Yes, I think that's right.

Yep. If NE wins this, they play LAC next week. If NE loses? Buffalo.

BUF now up 29-0 on NYJ. LAC is down 13-3 to DEN but DEN looks likely to take it and the 1 seed

I'm still worried about our defense, but the offense is starting to click at the right time as a whole. Chargers defense isn't terrible but not Texans level elite either so that should help and we should put up points. Might need to against Herbert and our zone D

Let?s start sitting some starters.  Nice going Pats after lackluster 1st half.

Too bad LAC sat Herbert today. Denver hasn?t done anything on offense.

I am fine with LAC at home next week. Maybe the best possible outcome.

To go from two 4-13 seasons to 14-3 and the 2 seed with a young franchise QB and great coach established is insane! And yeah, LAC isn't going to be easy at all but it's still way more preferable than the Bills (Josh Allen) or Texans (filthy pass rush + defense)

Ravens-Steelers doesn't affect reseeding much so I think the wild card schedule might be released at some point soon or maybe halftime of SNF?

My guess. It'll either be Saturday Night or Sunday Night for NE-LAC next week.

Great to sweep the Dolphins for the first time in 10 years.

Bring on the Chargers

My guess. It'll either be Saturday Night or Sunday Night for NE-LAC next week.

Packers/Bears will get the Sunday night slot. Pats will get either Saturday primetime or the early Sunday afternoon slot.

Yeah makes sense. I think also they now have it where the Saturday games are played by the same conference to avoid the potential unfair situation of a conference team having 2 additional days rest while the other team plays MNF (like the Cowboys 3 years ago against the Bucs on MNF, where they played SF next who had already played Saturday).

Depends then what they do with Rams-Panthers and Texans-Steelers/Ravens. One of those is definitely MNF since it's a 4/5 matchup
