Because of the contract extension, Garrett basically cannot be traded. Dead money cap hit is like 97 million.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Marcus Jones with an extension. 3/36M. Great to see and well deserved

Wow, that is a lot.  I thought last season his coverage was spotty at times.  He has been solid season.  Maybe he operates better in a more complete defense.  Hope he keeps it up and plays to this contract.

Keion White and Kyle Dugger traded for 6/7th round picks.

Interesting. Probably expected though, both guys were kind of on the outside and just weren't living up to their potentials.

I do hope the Pats get aggressive in the trade market. Doesn't have to be superstar additions but ideally 2 players for the defense (one safety, one linebacker OR pass rusher) and 1 depth RB would be ideal. I don't think it'd cost a ton either, I mean we're not trying to trade for Myles Garrett or anyone like that.

That was a BRUTAL end to the half. Potential to go up 17, instead it's only 7 because of the Maye fumble

Momentum swing for the Falcons. Pats got too cute, paid the price at the half. Better up the pressure in the second half

Pats really owned this game.  Feeling like the Steelers game.

Need pass rusher.   Top need at deadline.

Next week is probably a scheduled loss anyways against a great Bucs team on the road, but overall 11-6 is absolutely on the table. Losses to the Bucs, Ravens, Bills. And then probably one of the Giants/Bengals. Jets + Dolphins should be three free wins IMO

Would not want to be Parker Romo right now.  But Falcons had a chance and Penix also blew it on that grounding.

Boutte injury, Ellis injury, Gonzalez injury (am I missing one?) hurt.  We?ll see what happens at the deadline.  I?d definitely try to find a pass rusher - not enough pressure.  And I love the idea of trading for Jakobi Meyers.  If Gonzalez injury is bad; that?s bad.
