I have no issue waiting to make my pick.

I'd like to get as many scheduled picks in during the scheduled time as possible. Then I can sign off and go to work, and people can post/pick as they're available. When there is an active queue of people with the draft going on I kind of have to make sure no PMs come in, trades (maybe less likely now), etc

If Jvalin is going to be back in a few minutes I don't mind, but otherwise I'd like to get Who and CFF via Roy in. Then Jvalin can pick if he's on the road for awhile, and then you can pick in your correct order if you don't mind waiting. You are also free to make your pick at your leisure now
