Collins just picked up his option in Utah.  I'd love to get Collins and Kessler in a 3 team deal moving Simons.

Can Simons and picks really get us those 2 players??

I think Simons could get us Collins. That might help balance, the roster some.  I don?t know about including Kessler though.  If we offer Simons for Collins, they might even send back a pick or something.  But probably not Kessler.

Kessler and J Collins do not play well together.

Kessler has no range. Collins doesn't shoot enough jumpers to stretch the floor properly alongside him. Collins wants to attack the rim. Kessler gets in the way because he is camped out in the paint since he can't make a shot from anywhere else.

Assuming they keep Gonzalez and whomever they draft at #32 the Celtics will have 14 players under contract after the draft. They'll have Horford, Craig and Kornet as free agents. My best guess is they re-sign Horford and Kornet, let Craig go, draft a center at #32 (Kalkbrenner or Raynaud) and then dump Niang somewhere for the salary savings.

Guards: White, Simons, Pritchard, Davidson
Wings: Brown, Hauser, Scheierman, Walsh, Gonzalez, Tatum(inj)
Bigs: Horford, Kornet, Queta, Tillman, #32Draftee

They'd go into next year with the option of maybe spinning off either Simons or Hauser for additional savings to MAYBE get completely under the tax before the trade deadline depending on how things look.

I just saw a video on IG that Tyrese Haliburton has never "gone left" during the postseason/Finals.

As in, he's only taking/scoring shots coming from the right. When he takes shots from the left, he missed all of them?

No wonder Tom Thibs got fired, he couldn't figure that out  ;)

I remember the announcers talking about this at the start of Game 7. Hali made a shot from the left side of the floor - maybe a 3 but a long jumper. It was the first shot he had made from the left side of the floor in the entire finals.

The only shots he had made before that were from the right wing.

I imagine this is Hali poking fun at himself for all his misses from the left wing during the Finals.
