Appears to be a ruptured Achilles for Jason Tatum. Forced dorsiflexion. Obviously not the best angle but that?s the fear for sure #celtics #knicks @KnicksMuse

Ya at first I though rela time it was an ankle sprain, but that's exactly how an Achilles looks.

Just want to say, this team doesn't deserve the benefit of "Tatum got hurt". No, you blew two-20 point leads in the first two games and were awful in the 2nd half tonight. They only have themselves to blame for losing this series.

We all knew we were losing at the point of Tatum's injury. Like when Haliburton went out in the 2nd half of game 2 last year. Nobody was making excuses, it was a loss for the Pacers

Long playoff run not to be apparently.  Big disappoint.   Obviously hope JT is ok though it looks like good news is unlikely. Cs would have lost regardless.  Unfortunately it?s up to Brad looking ahead to next year.

This is bs from all of you blaming JB for JT?s injury.  That is idiotic and I know all of you are mad at Brown because he played poorly, but he didn?t cause JT?s injury.  grow up.

If that turnover doesn?t happen, JT isn?t injured on the play, correct?

Obviously he did not turn the ball over on purpose, but he did start that chain of events.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

If it is an Achillies he is done for next season at the least. Esp this late in the season.

Have a feeling a reset is coming soon. Al, KP, Jrue and Hauser all being moved.

Next season will be PP, White and Brown will be your core and they will be a lottery team.

Why are people acting like we need an update on Tatum? He?s an absolute warrior that left the stadium crying in a wheel chair?his season is over and potentially career altered.
Hate to say it but if they don?t choke away 2 20 point leads against a complete crap team maybe it changes what ultimately happened.

He wasn't the only one, but Jaylen was awful tonight. Even in the first half and early 3rd, every Celtics run was killed by Jaylen's stupidity. Knicks got momentum every time after.

Jaylen is not an alpha.

See this is crazy hyperbole to me. Every run was killed by Jaylen? Come on man they were -1 with him on the floor in a game they lost by 8. They were WORSE with him off the floor than on. And that's not to say he played good, he did not. But stuff like this is a little too much.

And this is why +/- is such a worthless stat for singular games. By this logic, Tatum was awful tonight because he was a -9, when he was in reality by far the best player on the court on both ends.

Compared to their expected load and output, JB was by far the worst player on both teams tonight. He was downright atrocious, particularly his decision-making that did lead to several runs.

No, Brown cannot be part of this core. Ship him out and get some picks back at least.

If Tatum is out for most of next season, this squad is only a 45 win caliber team without him.

I mean if they trade all of Al, KP, Jrue Hauser and get nothing back then probably.

If they generally keep the team together I think they'd still win close to 50 even without Tatum, but if he's out all of next year they for sure are tarding one of KP or Jrue for tax purposes.
