Do I believe we can win this series?  Yes.  The knicks are not impressive.  We are beating ourselves.

Do I believe in this team?  Not really.  I believed in last year?s team 100%.  This year they lack focus and aren?t close to last years level.  And we have to overcome Mazzula?s incompetence.

I voted for a 6 gamer, but I definitely didn't expect them to lose both home games to start the series and put them in must win territory right away. I do think they will play better at MSG than at the TD Garden, they've sucked at home this season for some inexplicable reason.

I thought it would be something like: Knicks win Game 1, Boston wins Game 2 and 3, Knicks win Game 4, Cs win Game 5 and 6. Now it will have to be: Knicks win Game 1 and 2, Celtics win Game 3, Knicks win Game 4, Celtics win Game 5, 6 and 7. The scary thing is we have home advantage and we play worse at home than away  :-[

I'll be transparent! I voted "Knicks in 5 or sweep" and even guaranteed it  ;D

And exactly the same sentiments I share with ya with how the series was supposed to go. Thought we'd split the first two, C's take Game 3 and Knicks take Game 4. C's then win the next two. Didn't expect them to drop the first two games but they suck at home lol

Before the playoffs began, I thought the Knicks are just average or a little above average team. I still believe that. But they have been grittier than the Celts in this series.

I voted Knicks in 6 or 7.  Think the Cs win game 3, but then lose game 4, win game 5 and lose game 6.  Of course a part of me has some hope still (impossible to convince myself there is no hope).

My main worry is the Knicks have not shot the ball that well so far either (game 1 was good from 3 but not everywhere else).  I think there is likely at least one game from them to come where they shoot lights out and we cannot keep up.  We have not given ourselves any wiggle room.

Winning back to back is extremely difficult and usually comes from some pretty generational teams and players.  I do not think the Celtics or their players fall into that bucket so to repeat the deck was stacked against them.  It is a killer that this is happening to the Knicks of all teams though.  I know way too many Knicks fans from going to college in New York and have my bachelor party next weekend with quite a few Knicks fans there and it is going to be insufferable.  If they had lost to the Pacers or Cavs it would not hurt nearly as much.

Judging by this poll there are a lot of believers  :P

I feel the same way. I also hate that it's a New York team we're gonna lose to.

Yeah seeing the poll results gave me a bit more hope so that was nice!  Maybe the most disappointing thing is all last playoffs I bet on the other team to win the series to hedge against my emotions.  Have been over in Europe the last two weeks and have not been able to do that because of the location.  Now I do not even get some money off of it which would have been something at least.

Get ready for Madison square garden to be more raucous then it?s ever been.
Very well could be a sweep.

Think the Cs will win 1 of 2 at MSG but then choke at home again.

I?m not going to predict anything but this team has bounced back from many clunkers and won on the road.  Nothing surprises.

Agree. I think the Celtics win the series because I would prefer the Celtics to win the series, but that's the depth of my analysis as I've not been able to watch them very much this season.

If we look anything like the team of the last 150 games? Yeah we can come back.

If we look like the team of the last 6 games, AND Tatum doesn't play like he did the last 3 magic games? Yeah series is over.

I haven?t been able to watch the team as much this year but knowing our personnel, I still believe. We?re bad at home. We?re good on the road. C?s in 7!
