Celtics should win this series but the Knicks are due for some wins against us, most people are giving them no respect, I could see this going 6 or even 7 but will be happy if you?re all right and it?s Celtics in an easy 5

That's exactly right, the lack of respect for the Knicks could bite the C's. They're the 3-seed for a reason. Plus we're a little banged up. I don't think it will be a walk at the park with them.

I'd be very surprised if this was a sweep. NY does feel due for at least a win. I think the big thing is, how effective will KAT be. Brunson will get his most nights. Some of their role players will have hot nights too. OG is a great 2-way player, but not super flashy. But if KAT is consistently great against us all series it could make it difficult. But if it's mostly the same KAT that we played the first 3 regular season head-to-heads, it should be an easy 5.

But they still have no one to stop Tatum and I think Porzingis should dominate this series too. NY's defense is very bad

I give the Knicks no respect.  Assuming Jrue returns for the entire series, Celtics in 4.  If his injury lingers, Celtics in 5 at worst.  At least three wins will be by double digits.

Knicks were lucky to survive the Pistons. Detroit blew leads in three of their 4 losses in the last few minutes. Got jobbed out the game in Detroit when Hardaway was shooting the 3.

Knicks will win a game but I think we are going to see injuries mount up for them as the series goes on. Brunson will hurt the ankle again.

I never predict these things. Just been through too many unpredictable series.
Remember how dominant the '08 champs were and they struggled like hell the first two rounds that year.
Went 7 games against lowly Atlanta and then needed a superman game from Paul Pierce in game 7 to beat Lebron and the Cavs.

Celts should win the series, but it may not be so easy as 4 or 5 games.

I think we will lose Game 1; no way in hell the Knicks are losing 5 in a row to Boston this year...playoffs are a different environment. We're also due for a home-loss anyway.

I agree we lose G1 too, I think they will come in overconfident and get a rude shock, then come back in G2.

I think Game 1 is sneaky big in the sense that, if you come out flat and let NY steal Game 1, all of a sudden their players and fans start to get confidence and suddenly it can become a tricky series. Need to just come out and assert ourselves against them. Porzingis in particular needs to dominate, he wasn't needed much in the ORL series but this is a dream matchup for him vs. KAT and against his former squad.

  I voted Celts in 6. I?d predict they lose tonight due to a ton of holding getting out of hand . Then the refs change it going forward to whistle it a bit quicker.

Feels like this should be a 5 game series but something tells me Knicks steal another game. I don?t think it will be hard but not easy either. Mitchell Robinson minutes will determine the Knicks fate. C?s need to to play them even on the glass.

Tricky series as in 2022 Bucks/Celtics series lol. I remember we lost Game 1 to them that year.
