Totally sucks that Marchand got traded?even worse that he's now on the freakin' Panthers. >:(

Kudos to the Bruins for finally doing what needed to be done. We don't have enough guys who can play in their own end. Haven't for years.

I understand all the moves. But Marchand for a 2027 2nd (could become a first but no guarantee)? Idk could they not have gotten more back for him?

Pretty crazy, though, that in just a couple of seasons the Bruins have gone from "best regular season ever" to "pretty much irrelevant."

Probably gonna be more than a couple of seasons before they're once again worth watching.

I don't mind them tearing it down though. They weren't having a good season to begin with and I think it's just time to "move on and start afresh". If it means a rebuild, that's fine. I was also getting kind of sick of the constant "make the playoffs but get eliminated thoroughly by a much superior team early".

What worries me though is, Sweeney is still here and he SUCKS at drafting. I wish they'd fire him too and get a new GM.
