Nice to see both Holiday and White have a good game. Every starter for the C?s tonight had 17+ points.  :)

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

The team played well but I don't think it's a coincidence that once White got out of his funk, the team looked so good from the 2nd quarter onwards. It's not just the shooting, but he had 5 rebounds, 4 assists, played good D and was more involved again. Jrue also fed off it and made some shots thanks to those assists.

Getting very concerned with White. I?m surprised they played him today. He seems like someone who needs a few games off

You're all very welcome  :) (I'm sure JPotter, Sparz and others will get this pic reference)

Not too bad, 3-1 on this tough road trip. TPs all!
Nice bounceback win. I was wondering if they would even go 2-2 on this road trip.

We lost to the wrong LA team. Should've lost to the Clippers and then smoke the living hell out of the Lakers.

But meh, we'll take 3-1.

Just watched the game.  Tough start for DW and then he caught fire. Same with Jrue.  JB may have rediscovered that he can get good midrange looks and he?s also very good at shooting them.  I?m now officially in the I hate the three camp.  Celts shot it pretty well tonight but way, way too many. There was one time that JT had the entire left side of the court wide open and instead of taking it to the hole he missed from three. Cs should be moving the ball, driving the ball, and drawings fouls and instead they hoist threes.   Couple of guys got hot tonight and they won handily but i felt that the only way Dallas was going to get back in this one was if Cs kept shooting long balls. They hit enough to keep the Mavs at bay but a couple of misses and it would have been a game.

did anyone hear the ABC play by play in the first minute of the game "this is KP's first game as a visitor since 2018?" how can't he be aware that KP played in Dallas in the finals?!?!

He didn't dress up on the floor in neither Games 3 and 4. Thus, his last time on the floor at Dallas in uniform was in 2018. I'm not sure about 'visitor' though, he was also a Wizard and Knick; between those he was a Maverick.

so would you believe I was at those games (and in boston) and i was sooo sure he was playing for a small stint in Dallas because I was sitting behind the c's bench with some close friends of KP (and his girl) and he kept on looking over enough that I remember him playing...my bad!!! lol,

also factor in my memory may be, that this is the second night I tried a gummy for sleeping and I may just have taken a little extra to test it (and i've never done anything before in any form lol) oh well,,,I guess thats it for me.... goodnight

He did dress for Game 4. He just didn?t play. So your memory is not totally off kilter!

It was kinda weird. They said he was "available" for situations but I guess when it became a blowout early they just decided not to use him at all.

That said, my small conspiracy theory is similar to what others have said, the C's didn't show up for Game 4 and purposely lost that so they could win it all at home. A lot of media people also felt that and apparently even on a whiteboard in their locker room before Game 4 they had a note saying "leave for Miami Tuesday morning", meaning the morning after Game 5. Curious timing. And I mean, the entire team looked awful and nonchalant in Game 4 but then Game 5 went back to being the juggernauts they were lol. KP even played like 15 mins of Game 5.

I think Jaylen has some kind of nagging injury. His energy level isn't the same. Tatum also seems a little banged up... Their teammates are picking up the slack.
