I don't think Jrue Holiday deserves to be on one of these teams. He is a solid shooter more than a great shooter. His numbers were better here in BOS because of his low usage & cherry picking his shot attempts. Those percentages are deceptive.

Derrick White is an interesting one. Some great shooting seasons for BOS; some dodgy ones. Overall, 4 and a half years, 43.5% FG 36.6% 3PT on high volume 87.8% FT on low volume, 58.1% TS. B-ref has his TS% as average for the time period and his 3PT shooting percentage as barely above average. His 3pt volume is very high though. 7 threes per game.

I'd take Eddie House & Dana Barros as shooters over both of these guys. And I'd have Jo Jo White in the 1st Team. Jo Jo was a great shooter while getting 17-20ppg mostly off of jump-shots. He could shoot off the dribble. So better creation & volume as a shooter than either Jrue or D White.

Jo Jo for sure.

What defines a shooter has changed a lot in different eras, but I?d say Ray Allen is a guy would be called a shooter in an any era.  Larry was more than just a shooter, but definitely a great shooter.

Chris Ford was pretty much a shooter.  Pistol Pete was pretty much done by the time he got here but he could still get on a streak.

House?Simons for a minute.

Yup

Let's not forget JB and remember Isaiah Thomas he was pretty amazing for a few years, could stop on a dime at the free throw line and dominate with his floater.

Oh man. Forgot all about Isaiah or Pritchard as top shooting PGs. Kyrie Irving deserves a mention as well. One of the top shooting PGs of all time.

I was thinking the PG spot was weak outside of Jo Jo White. Those are 3 strong candidates. And lesser candidates in Dana Barros & Eddie House. That is pretty good.
