Wow what a horrible choke by Indiana. They just took their foot off the gas, Celtics-style. Mindless loss.

IMO the Knicks didn't even play that well. Indy just started cruising instead of attacking and swarming.

Bad, bad loss. Can't give games away. Refs and hot 3pt shooting can swing a series sometimes even if you're playing well going forward. Gotta cash in when you can.

That is a strange looking box score for NY.

Only 13 assists on 34 made baskets. And they won?

Jalen Brunson only 1 assist. He took 18 shots, 10 FTs, 3 turnovers. Only 1 assist? Yikes. Towns only 1 assist. 6 turnovers for Towns. Yikes. M Bridges only 1 assist. OG 2 assists led the starters. M Robinson 1 assist. That is terrible.

D Wright had 1 assists off the bench. McBride 0 assists. 2 assist L Shamet. J Hart with 4 assists off the bench led the team. The only player on the team with more than 2 assists in the game.

That scoring barrage by Towns to start the 4th was impressive.  I?ve seen him score in bunches before, but 20 points in 7 minutes - doesn?t get a lot better than that. Indy was basically trying to hang on after that.

Gobert is the only defender Chet cares about. He can finish over the top of everyone else. He doesn't care if Randle is there. If Naz is there. Or any of the perimeter guys. Only Gobert can block his shot.

Even with that, Chet is giving Gobert too much respect. He needs to attack Gobert. He is going soft + passing up too many paint shots instead of challenging Gobert hard.

Terrible turnover by DiVincenzo. Jumped in the air with no idea where anyone was or where he was going to throw the ball.
