It?s more than that. Celtics do not own their arena and apparently Jacobs (the Bruins) have no interest in selling. Having been in Boston since 1976, it?s hard to come up with where another arena could be built.

Wynn...not a fan. Prefer Pags but after that Bezos because he has the pockets to basically to nullify the NBA's cap rules.

Have to think the Celtics are getting a new building out of this.

The question I have is it Wynn the casino or Wynn the former owner of the casino who divested it a few years ago after sexual assault claims?  I assume it is the former because of the obvious Encore tie-in, but Wynn is a publicly-traded company which would make ownership of the Celtics unusual.

If it's Fenway Sports aka John Henry, expect to see similar owner results as the Red Sox.

That being said, hope it's Bezos (money) or somebody else who will not hesitate to spend.
