They played their part on this team.  Steven's in particular was a big part of the locker room.

And hey, thanks to all the training camp guys, too.  Every bit helps.  I though Wenyen Gabriel was going to have a role this season.

Yeah, Stevens and Banton certainly will, and I imagine their teammates will send a share of the playoffs earning pool their way too.  Training camp guys might not, don?t know the custom.

I'm glad we picked up Tillman, but I wanted to hang on to Stevens.  Tatum made a comment after Stevens got traded about how hard Stevens worked and that his presence was missed in practice.  You could tell that Tatum was genuinely disappointed to see him go.

I'm one of those believers in the butterfly effect.  And I also believe that every player of the team is important, even those that don't get playing time.  All things need to go right to win a championship.  This years team is one of my favorite, if not the favorite, teams of all time.  So I'm glad that Stevens and Banton will get rings too.
