I love the Celtics. I spend a lot of time thinking about them, watching games and reading what other Celtics lovers think.

I would have to find, like, 7 new hobbies if the Celtics moved to Jersey. I would absolutely undoubtedly quit the team.

A week after a city-sanctioned report cast doubt on the economic benefits of the Philadelphia 76ers? proposed facility in Center City, the team received a written proposal from the state of New Jersey detailing a transformative arena project in Camden that the team could own and operate, should it choose to relocate to New Jersey. For the team that could make some sense, that's just across the river. Like the Jets and Giants moving to East Rutherford, though I think New York real estate is a bit more of an issue for a football stadium than Philly real estate is for a basketball arena...

They took Jaylon Tyson 20th overall, but I think that's it. If Tyson can't crack the rotation then they essentially have no changes this year

Cleveland does not look like a problem in the East esp. because they can't figure out how to play Garland and Mitchell together.

They will be a 5 or 6 seed and done in round one.

Yeah I think they need to trade Allen and Garland and build around Mitchell and Mobley...

Rockets buy out AJ Griffin as he is expected to step away from the game. Strange - I saw him as a kid with a ton of upside when he was on the Hawks just a couple seasons ago. Not sure what the story there is, but I guess playing professional basketball as an occupation isn?t for everyone.

What's a bit weird to me is that it seems I've read 3-4 stories where a player is bought out or "let go" by a team this offseason because they no longer want to be in the NBA and it's a mutual parting. Maybe they each had their reasons but having 3-4 in the same offseason is kind of wild.
