What does everyone think about tatums recent comment about basically not having to win tonight?s game?
Mind numbing

It wasn't just Tatum. It was everyone. From PP, to Tillman to Hauser on down.

Seems like that was the given talking point from Joe.

My guess Joe sensed the team had their sphincter clinched too tight in game 4. And wants them to play more loose. You could sense it with every missed shot.

It?s strange everyone has said the same thing. I think the pressure of a close out game got to them.

Agreed. I hated the comment but I think Joe has the pulse of this team and knows his stars are soft?interesting

I didn't sense fear from them. More lethargy, like they felt they'd already won. Hard to hit shots when you aren't in the flow of the game

It would be awesome to get it done, it would be great. If we do lose, it's not like it's the end of the world - we'd still be up 3-2. But obviously doing it at home would be pretty special.

I'm sure they're just regurgitating Joe.  That said, I'm guessing we won't hear JB or Jrue saying that it's no big deal if we lose tonight.

Even if they did it'd be impossible to hear it over the wailing from certain elements of the fanbase.

Yeah I don't think Jaylen said that at all in his pre-game media interview yesterday.  He was pretty quiet, kind of looked p---ed and was pretty short with his answers.  Repeating over and over we are ready for game 5.

That's my guy.  I can't remember where I heard it, but I want players who hate to lose more than they love winning. The whole team gets a Mulligan for game four, but tonight we see who has the run through a wall mentality.
