For me:

1. Boston’s home record in game twos vs Dallas’ road record in games twos. This is a huge thing. If Boston gets up 2-0 I don’t see Dallas winning four of the next five games. I hope Boston plays desperately.

2. Luka hitting 3s early. Seems when he gets early shots to fall he’s a different player.

3. The physicality Dallas is going to throw at KP. It’s central to their game plan to try to beat on him.

Boston just not playing defense, like the Game 2s vs. Miami and Cleveland. They did a lot better in Game 2 vs. Indiana so that gives me some confidence.

I'm not expecting a blowout tomorrow. What would worry me is Dallas hitting more of their open shots including Kyrie and their role players. I doubt Kyrie will be *that* bad again. But still, Boston just has way more talent and a handful of other guys who can just step up even if one person is off.

As long as they consistently play hard on defense and make Dallas work for everything again, it should be a good night for Boston. I think it goes hand-in-hand, Dallas will shoot very well and score a ton if Boston's defense doesn't show up. That would be my worry.

Not really worried about much tbh. The Celtics are really good, they are a better constructed more complete team than Dallas with no weak spots on defense who can play five out spacing. They should win.

If they don't win it will be due to flukey things like the Mavs shooting 50% from three, or the C's missing all their shots. That could happen for 1-2 games this series but I can't see it being enough to win the series.

Maybe the Mavs will expose some fatal flaw in the Celtics in game 2, but I can't figure what that would be so no sense in worrying.

Dallas hitting their shots.  They have a big night from outside and it’s a different game.  I suppose I still have worries about health.  An injury will be an equalizer. KP looked great but my confidence in his body health is not high.  Will Lively look like a rookie as he did in G1 or like a ten year vet as he did v. Minny?

Can Porzingis give us something close to what he dodninnGame 1 again?  (Not expecting that once in a lifetime two-way dominance of the first half).  How will he react to the adjustments Dallas made on him (beating the crap out of him), and what can the rest the team do to capitalize on the attention KP brings if they’re not letting him go Willy nilly again.
Yup

If it's a close game, Boston loses this as Dallas has the 'two most clutchest backcourt in NBA history.' Otherwise, C's just coming out lazy like the Heat and Cavs series of Game 2. Or Jason Kidd just outcoaching Joe Mazzulla in all circles

I’m just worried about the officiating. Game 1 wasn’t exactly a blockbuster in terms of viewership. The NBA would love to make this a close series to get more people watching. We really need to play perfectly to overcome any shenanigans from the refs.

1. Tentative offense from JT, JB and White. They need to collectively step up on their offense in every play, JT particularly. KP, Jrue and Hordord are always on their toes on both ends of the floor.
2. Mental lapses. Although there are few times they happen from their previous games. Somebody's got to keep on reminding them on their roles/ responsibilities especially on players they deem to be prone of exhibiting it in-plays.

3. JB would need help every time he gets and is about to receive the ball. He's a marked man now. He's become a more driven player than the others in this playoffs. I hope it rubs on every Celtic player.

4. Be ready to cover any Maverick (outside of Luka and Kyrie) who could come out  hot especially players like Washington and their guards and wings.
Each game is a must-win game.

This Celtics team is mentally weak - sorry, they always have been. Game 2 letdowns after big game 1 wins has been a constant with these guys.
In this case, I worry about their ability to stay disciplined and play the right way and bring energy and intensity again on the defensive end.

Also, I despise Kyrie Irving, consider him to be a fraud of a human being. Having said that, I fear him coming out with a comeback "Jabbar 1985 game 2" type performance after his bad game 1. I'm sure he will come out more aggressive and that's where our defensive energy needs to be there to respond.

Finally, I'm sure Kidd will implement some adjustments and I have no faith in Joe making adjustments of his own.
I imagine him standing on the sideline with that bewildered look on his face with no idea what to do.

At this point, I just worry about going ice cold from 3 for several games in a row.

I don't really thinking anything complex can thwart us.
